There comes a point in time when its time to say goodbye..Much to the disappointment of the only owners I have ever known, they must downsize. They have meticulously cared for me over the years and that’s what makes this transition so hard for all of us. Let me tell you a little about myself, I am a 5 bed 3 bath home on a cul de sac, backing to the subdivision’s lake…I have two separate living spaces, along with one bed and full bath being downstairs. I am also on a water softener system, and have a fully functional central vac system. I have a large open concept kitchen, with ample cabinet/counter space, stainless steel appliances, high bar, and open to my massive family room.
