OK I confess, I’m old, but I’ve got great bones. I’m 52 years old and still standing tall. I’ve been home to my current owner since I was born in 1968 and I have to say I will miss them but I’ve decided not to think about that. I’m excited that maybe a new family will move in and start my makeover. I do have a few awesome upgrades to boast about; like my totally upgraded Air Conditioning duct work and air conditioner. What a difference that has made in the summer and my owner loves the lower power bills. And speaking of power bills I also had all my windows replaced with dual pane windows 3 years ago and that made a huge difference too. So if you’re looking for a place to call home, come and see me. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. It’s a great family oriented Tempe neighborhood and I’m looking forward to meeting you.
